The check-in process was chaotic, with too many people in line. My kettle was broken, which was vital for my needs, and I couldn't reach the reception for help. The cleanliness was subpar. cups weren’t properly washed, making it frustrating to find them dirty every day.

i had a delightful stay at fassbind for 3 nights. the location is amazing, just a short walk from the tram station and right next to the old town. there are charming cafes all around, making it easy to explore. the superior double room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. it's indeed very walkable to many interesting places.

the street noise can be a bit much at times, but that's to be expected in the city.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the lakefront and close to the famous shopping district. We explored the area and really enjoyed the local vibe. The beds were super comfy and the staff was nice. Definitely a great spot for a group vacation!

One downside was that the bathroom faucet leaked and wasn't fixed promptly. It would have been nice if they offered us another room instead of just promising to check on it.
